Cool! I have been curious about the Chinese monochord since finding the www.chinamonochord.com website, and the darker models on Ebay. Unfortunately, the cost for me is too dear. The most I have spent on my Vietnamese monochords is $400. I don't see any node markings in the photos. This is common to do on the dan bau. Is it not done on the duxianqin? Best wishes, David

There are no permanent node markings; it came with Avery dots, which I removed for the photos.
