Hello folks,
Horus here. just got my new jinghu in the mail from Lark in the Morning. the bridge came seperately and is not attached. Being a pretty cautious person i figure i'd risk asking the possibly dumb question of how best to attach it. (I am assumming it goes in the middle of the snakeskin, but do I just glue it there with any old kind of glue? do I just slide it under the strings and assume the tention will keep it inplace without gluing?
any advice?
thanks,
Horus

"slip it under the strings.
Thanks for your help!
"You have MSN?>"
Not sure what you mean here or why you ask. Do you mean do I have a hotmail account?

MSN is instant messnger. The bridge is just put in the center and then put the strings over it. If the strings are loose and not tuned yet, then you might have to hold it in the exact spot.

just make sure its exactly in the middle, you might want to get a better bridge too, i have one of larks jinghu (if you can call it a jinghu that is...) the bridge i got was pretty bad. it was not made right and was not straight (if you look at it side-ways)
if you really like jinghu, you should deffinately look into getting a better one than lark carries, the one i got was awefull, it has PAINTED tuning pegs! their white wood painted yellow *cringe*
happy jinghu-ing!
