Went to her page and listened to her version of Yu Chou Chang Wan. Does anybody know the pentatonic scale she is using? Plus what song is she and her students playing?

She is using the standard D-major tuning for this piece which is the only tuning I have heard for this piece. d, e, f#, a, b Vi An.

Yep,
That is the standard tuning for guzheng D-major.. A lot of traditinal pieces use it. Its not very interesting, its one of the more versitile for sure. It adds nice flavor.
