what is the problem? could you explain more clearly? part of the "decoration" on that side fell into the soundbox?

I think he is saying the 'grate window' of the opening of the soundbox has somehow come unstuck and one side of it has been pushed further inside.

yup, just as charlie huang says. should i push it in or pull it out using wire? soak with water to undo the glue, or stim it??

If it was my erhu, I would leave it alone. It seems likely to me that the decorative piece will break if you mess with it. If it is important to you, check with a luthier or violin maker. Someone used to careful woodwork might be your best resource.
Best wishes,
David
