There is an odd example of an "electric erhu" on Ebay, Item #140145952283. The auction ends shortly so it will probably not be available by the time you read this, but it should be possible to find it via the item number.

Big foot's fingers might just be big enough to press 2 strings at the same time.
Obviously the maker dosen't play the Erhu.

You can immediately see the flaws in its construction and you don't have to be an erhu player to know...

It looks like it's more similar in concept to the Mongolian horsehead fiddle than to a erhu, from what I can see it's got a fingerboard, the bow hair goes over the strings not in between; parallel to the face of the body and the top of the fingerboard (like on a cello), the neck is too wide at the bottom, there isn't room for erhu-style bowing.
Interesting though, but can't be played like an erhu.
