Do you think Flight of the bumble bees is an easy song to play? because it looks very hard. I seen these clips before. Im not sure if it's the same child but theres one where he is moaning to his mum "I caaan't do iiiit" found it amusing

Hi!
I watched the " Bumble Bee"clip, reviewed it with my few friends. Notice the kids was playing and twitching his head upwards in great exhuastion? His bow technique is not at optimum. Our idea is that perhaps he is playing erhu in a strained way, not very relaxed.
The little twerp who plays Dae Cheang Gum is a little boy who learns in my studios on saturdays at 2 pm. His name is timmy and his mom, p6grace is an avid Utuber. If u sort out the videos by date, you will realise that these are his homework.
His Erhu is a new rosewood erhu, made slightly "not so taut" so that he can at least resonate the erhu. He has a more relaxed technique, but his hands are awfully small!!!! Chill Out!

I can see that! How old is he?! I wish my parents started me off that young. I had to discover erhu myself and actually start learning at 13!!!!!

Also, the bumble bee guy, I can see what you're saying. Just by looking, he's holding the bow way to tight. He's not using wrist. After playing 16'ths with my teacher yelling the heck out of us for not using wrist, I can see that right away. It's probaly making his muscles really tight so he's getting tired. That's why he's doing that thing you with his head.

By the way, he has a learning blog at erhuboy.blogspot.com, that tracks his learning process.
