Does anyone have any information about a qin maker named Ni Shiyun (~{D_J+TO~})? Are the instruments respected?
The Chinese characters are supposed to be encoded with the Windows Chinese Simplified (HZ) character set. For some reason I have to manually select the encoding each time I view the message. I apologize if they are not viewable.

Encode them in Unicode.
I've had the chance to test a Ni Shiyun one this year in July and found it decent and nicely made.

I just tested several Ni Shiyun qins with silk strings and found them to be excellent quality. Bought one at 6,000 RMB for a student.
