Welcome to the forum, Warpxz. For playing a tune in F on your erhu, you don't need to change the pitches of the strings. Normally the strings are left at D (inner) / A (outer). The score tells you 1 = F (6. 3). This means that the D string (inner) is the 6th scale degree in the key of F, and the A string (outer) is the 3rd scale degree. When playing in the key of F, at first position, your first finger presses on the strings at the position where the notes F (inner) and C (outer) can be played. Normally, tunes for erhu designated in the key of F are actually in D minor. Both the keys of F and D minor have one flat in the key signature.
Best wishes,
David
