Hello everyone. I am new to this forum. i recently received my first dizi in the key of G and i did learn some basics from the internet but i cant read jianpu or other music sheets yet. is it possible to find some beginner songs with just the fingering chart, like getting chords for the guitar(Dont know if i am making any sense here). I tried looking for few songs but they are either in jianpu or other music sheets i cant read. ? i would love to learn the naruto theme song though.

Hi and welcome! If you post a link to the video of the theme, I will try to write down for you the fingering tab.

Here are the first musical sentence of the first theme. It is quite difficult to write down (and there's no indication about rythm), so it will be fine to learn jianpu, as it is really easy and very complete. Please, let me know if it works. Attachments:

So according to the finger chart it is E FEDB BDA GAGE on my g key dizi. But i cant get the BDA sound right. It is too sharp and sounds nothing like the song.

Yes it is. I don't understand what is wrong. Here is a sample of me playing what I wrote. As I have no bangdi in G, I play a qudi in D (it sounds 2,5 tones lower). Please, try to explain better what is your problem (maybe with a recording). Attachments:Glas 002.wma (375.5 KB)

The Chinese name of Naruto is 火影忍者 Someone would have to translate this to something more familiar to you:

Yes, there are plenty of scores, but - if I understood well - our new fellow cannot read any score. Therefore I wrote fingerings (although it is more difficult than I thought).
