If you carefully look at the full youtube description or press the pause button at the certain point in the beginning, you will note the name of the tune to be 江城子.

That name itself refers to a poem:
Here's one translation:
Chiang chen tzu (Jiang Cheng Zi) Ten years living and dead have drawn apart I do nothing to remember But I can not forget Your lonely grave a thousand miles away ... Nowhere can I talk of my sorrow -- Even if we met, how would you know me My face full of dust My hair like snow?
In the dark of night, a dream: suddenly, I am home You by the window Doing your hair I look at you and can not speak Your face is streaked by endless tears Year after year must they break my heart These moonlit nights? That low pine grave?
Since there is often ambiguity in the Chinese language, here's another translation for reference: Ten boundless years now separate the living and the dead, I have not often thought of her, but neither can I forget. Her lonely grave is a thousand li distant, I can't say where my wife lies cold. We could not recognise each other even if we met again, My face is all but covered with dust, my temples glazed with frost. In deepest night, a sudden dream returns me to my homeland, She sits before a little window, and sorts her dress and make-up. We look at each other without a word, a thousand tears now flow. I must accept that every year I'll think of that heart breaking place, Where the moon shines brightly in the night, and bare pines guard the tomb.

And speaking of interpretations, finding the correct jianpu for the CCTV performance could potentially be challenging because it is based on the performer's interpretation of the poem.
For instance, here's a much sadder, bleak interpretation:
