Dear all,
I must announce that I will be transferring my role as administrator of the forum to David Dahl from the beginning of next month.
The reason for this is because I simply have been pre-occupied with other business elsewhere and have not been doing my duties for the past few years. Most of the moderation has been under David and as he's here more often than me I feel it would be right for the adminship to pass to him.
I had thought of closing the forum down and calling it a day but as the forum is still active in some parts I thought this unwise since there is activity in these parts so I'd rather leave the future of the forum in hands that are involved in that genre instead.
Anyways, I probably pop back in from time to time but ever since I founded this forum (which was as a result of the Chinese Culture Net one closing or falling into disuse; believe you me they didn't actually liked what I did) it has hopefully did some service to you all. Times have moved on and all my guqin chums have moved onto Facebook and it is there I spend most of my time in (as well as other real life activities: I'm on the Committee of the London Youlan Qin Society now which also takes up a chunk of my time as well as work etc).
So, I will leave you in the capable hands of David in due course. Not a goodbye per se but I hope this forum continues on. Now, just have to figure out how to transfer power (he might have to take over my account or something; I'll check).
