But at least I've narrowed down exactly what my flute collection should be and what bamboo/wood material I want for such a collection.

Well I tried streetfighting, but I'm really rubbish at PSP games. Boy racer is more my style In a school like mine, the path to a hard earned epiphany (not the Alexandra Wallace kind) led me to learn ... that only the weak .... ever resort to using force. Solitude is important: every flute player needs some. Maybe with enough solitude, you'll hang onto that Imelda Marcos collection, since there ain't no one around to buy them I've been careful in choosing my flutes ... lately, I think a sense of desperation has kicked in, and I've hastily acquired some, which were just too affordable to remain as shop orphans. The xiao flutes are really quite phenomenal: especially the one piece ones, with perfect tuning across the octaves. Or the black sandalwood ones I'm more cautious about buying bamboo flutes: I'll settle for a Bao in its flight case (which I get to demo) any day at the prices I get them for, but exploring the DXH or other popular brands unknown ... I'm still a bit cautious.....I know many of us here buy off the internet on word of mouth recommendation. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing that, unless it was a romantic era flute, or a Boehm flute, which has more standardised production values.

Maybe I should burn the entire Imelda Marcos collection and free myself from that attachment.

...or just rename the entire collection Can't burn a collection: that's environmentally unfriendly. Perhaps check with the all powerful mods here - I don't remember seeing a classifieds section in the forum...
