I just acquired an old pipa and yang qin, both in cases, thinking they have some value. How do I find out about their age and value? Where do I go to get them tuned and what should it cost? I'm looking to resell these instruments. the pipa an yang qin both have the same red/white/green label. Thanks! Attachments:

I too had wondered about getting a budget yangqin. There have been one or two on ebay but my teacher who is a professional yangqin player told me not to bother with budget yangqins. You show no photo of your yangqin, but his one is huge, requiring a stand. I suppose you could contact Dr Cheng Yu of the UK Chinese music ensemble and show her your photos.
