My teacher learnt it off Gong Yi (he apparently Dapu'ed it from so Tang dynastly book) and I am practicing it now but I cant seem to find a recording of it.
Its very nice though - sort of plinckety plonckety a bit like a Japanese Kyoto tune. It used lots of the 4th finger Da which is fun.

Linzhong Yi is from Xilu Tang Qintong (1549). Linzhong is one of the names for the 12 Chinese pitches, yi is a modal preface.
As far as I can tell, there are no recordings.

Gong Yi has published a recording of Linzhong Yi; it's on one of the CDs accompanying his "Guqin Yanzoufa".
