Greetings Mr Huang, Mr David M., and to all.
I hope there are those still reading/interacting here - I'm very excited to be finally embarking on TCM (guzheng) study, after long having been in love with the music and other aesthetics.
I'm learning from the only resource I have - a CD I acquired maybe 20 years ago, but that bears no marking identifying it (any liner notes and case are missing). My laptop doesnt have a cd port so I'll take it to library so I can learn the names of the pieces. My son has been listening to this while he sleeps .. we both love so much; it's older form, smaller guzheng, but I love Bei Bei, Ms Chang, et al too What a blessing to be able to engage this music. Cheers! Regards, Randal

Thank you David.
So I've found the source that I'm learning from. It's Chinese Han Music: Zheng Melodies - Above the Clouds by Rao Ningxin.

And, please, if any should care to provide any information on this style, aspect, history, etc, I am grateful.
