The only answer I can give for sure is that I've done a lot of deals with Red Music Shop, and they have been very reputable, so they are a "good store".
I have not tried their wooden dizi, I have several of their bamboo dizi and xiao, and they are fine instruments. I have also emailed them for advice and to help select instruments.
As for the differences, both are rosewood and one is aged. In theory the aged one should be a nicer flute and less prone to cracking, but in reality that may or may not be!
From the markings, both are from the same maker, and should play much alike.

I agree with Dawei. With care, both bamboo and wood flutes should not crack, but it does happen to both. Supposedly wood is less likely to crack. This depends on how the maker selected and treated the wood, and how green (new) the wood is. As Dawei mentioned, "aged" wood is a better bet, as long as aged means old, or that it has been sitting around for a few years.
Both flutes are fairly low priced, so it is not reasonable to expect as much of them as if you paid $100 - $200. My experience with Red Music Shop is less than some other on the forum, but in my experience, you get what you pay for.
Best wishes,
David
