Welcome to the forum, amjad. The only English language dizi resource I know of is Tim Liu's system. You can check on the details at www.2measures.com . I used this course years ago and found it very useful for learning jianpu (numeric notation) and getting the start of a handle on Chinese style for dizi. It is not cheap, but I think it is effective. I have no idea on resources for learning dizi in Thailand. If there is a Chinese community where you are, you might look for local Chinese cultural organizations or schools. During certain times of the year there are likely to be cultural celebrations where you might find Chinese musicians. Even someone who plays a different instrument may know of a dizi teacher/player. Good luck! Best wishes, David
