Any Go players here? Currently, I re-taking up Go after a four year gap (at which I played with my cousin who was extremely weaker than me, so not much fun). I'm on KGS under the name of LiShaoran. My current rank is 30 kyu(-ish). I'm not that strong but slowly building myself up, but I doubt I'll reach up to the dizzy heights of dan level play. My skills lie in music. Though I like to be your average Confucian "Four Arts of the Scholar" gentleman...

I played Go in college, which was a long long time ago. I very much enjoyed it but havent played since then.
Charlie, do you play on the net with other players? Can you post the link? I'm very interested to go in and see. :-)

I sometimes frequent kgs.kiseido.com, under the name LiShaoran. You have to download Java and the CGoban client first before you can play.

Go cd: There is a free to download Linux Live CD that works on your windows PC without affecting your hardrive. Hikarunix is all about playing GO with tutorals, java games and loads of GO info, Its called Hikarunix www.hikarunix.org/just pop the cd in the drive reboot the computer go. It also is a great emergency disk if your computer crashes, gets a virus as its a full fledged operating system too.
