There's a San Telmo Sunday Fair on Defensa Street in Buenos Aires. Here you can find quenachos being sold as it's the musical instrument native to South America. Besides that, there are also kalmibas made out of calabash (hulu) gourds. Another use of calabash (hulu) gourds is to make containers for an herbal tea called mate. (Users of Linux Mint may have encountered the MATE interface, which was developed by an Argentinean). I wish we had weather like that here in London: thermal t-shirt, fleece, fur lined (fake) parka

Have you tried playing your dizi/xiao to the penguins, they might follow you around? If you do and put in on YT I'm sure you'll be the first. Imagine "Dizi player on the South Pole!"

The Antarctic Treaty forbids overly disturbing wildlife such as penguins and seals. When penguins cross their own highway, we have to yield to them at a respectable distance. Sometimes this results in traffic jams on the human paths. Additionally, only 100 people may visit an Antarctic landing point at a time. If you have 200 passengers, the other 100 passengers have to cruise around the landing point on zodiac boats first.
