I have found a lot of fingering charts but I have no idea how to read them. I can play the D scale but I am not sure about any other ones. Thank you!

Hi erhubeginner1 and welcome,
Well done for being able to play D scale. At this stage I wouldn't bother with the other keys: G, F, C and B, it would only confuse you. If you have a method book follow the simple exercises or arpeggios and then graduate to simple tunes.
I would also concentrate on your bowing: are you arms relaxed; do you bow in long smooth strokes?
I've learnt all the scales in different keys, forgotten them and have had to refresh my memory every time I play a piece of music in a different key.

In addition to what Ed recommends, make sure when bowing that your wrist moves -- don't have a stiff wrist -- I see this in many people when they start and they never correct it -- ultimately, not bowing correctly will prevent a person from playing fast passages in music.
