I don't know that this will really appeal to anyone besides me, but one thing I really want to do is to play western music on erhu, and I converted my first song, Zombie, by The Cranberries. I'm fairly well pleased with it, despite that the very end sounds off. I don't yet feel comfortable enough with erhu to completely change it (though I likely will in the future). Because I don't have musical notation fonts, it's a little wonky, and there are no ornaments given. Notes with a . after are meant to be notes lower than 1, and notes with a . before are meant to be notes higher than 7. Dashes represent slurs. Because this is a song I know the melody of very well, note lengths are entirely excluded, I apologize, though all notes are written as they fit with the words. If this is useful or helpful to anyone else, I'll also use this post as a placeholder for when I (eventually) convert more songs for erhu. For convenience, I've included both the notes and jianpu notation.
