During a recent trip to China, I purchased an erhu, which I'm very eager to learn to play. However, at the moment, I don't have any resources for learning how play it. I doubt I'll be able to find a teacher anywhere near where I live, so it seems like teaching myself is the only option.
I can already play the piano and the cello, so I'm not new at all to playing an instrument. I also know a fair amount of Chinese, so I can use resources in English or Chinese. What are some of the best resources available in the US for teaching yourself to play the erhu? Books would be great, but other resources are OK too.

Eason offers an online teaching course, and Bridging the Gap is about the only erhu instructional book in english. there are some excellent videos on youtube that are in Chinese that detail posture and bowing, which would be useful to you if you can understand them.
