I actually know this style of music very well. It's the Traditional Korean Military procession music called Daechwita. The main instrument is the Taepyeongso, which is like a Southern style Suona. The Conch shell is called Nagak. In Japan, there is a similar Conch shell called Horagai, the difference being that the Horagai can play different notes, while the Nagak usually plays a drone.
