I just received my Hulusi in and when I blow in it, it sounds off compared to the videos I see on youtube... it's a Bb. When I blow F, it sounds right and low. When I try blowing G,A, Bflat practically all the other holes, it just makes the same sound. I opened and checked the reed and even flicked the tongue out... still the same. I don't know what more is there. As I mentioned... it just plays the same tone besides F. Any suggestions? A Bad Hulusi?

Welcome to the forum, hooch. As for the hulusi, try blowing harder.
Best wishes,
David

Yes, it is normal, it is because you blow it like a flute. You have to blow with harder pression, like a reed instrument. I did the same mistake when I got my bawu.
Best wishes,
Flo.

Lower note = more air pressure Higher note = less air pressure Happy blowing.
